Wow I just always thought I was an asshole 😅

Us sigmas don't go out to eat as we keep away from other, as in marriage we do not believe in it and it's very hard for us to find the right partner as to many narcissists out there... We will go off doing things on our own such as I will go solo camping, hiking, astro landscape photography at night etc... Us sigmas ain't interested in films as we see it as people playing make believe but we will watch documentaries etc... We don't need anyones shoulder to cry on as we soak up our own emotions and deal with it by getting on... We don't attend conferences etc as we keep away form people... We do like creativity I like the electric guitar, photography/astrophotography and even hunting and being a promise shot etc...

I never go to restaurants I cook better, weddings = a funeral cake, bushwacking is awesome allows for self reflection.

some people don't go to restaurants alone? For real? EDIT: I do all of these things alone and I am actually unsure if its true that most do not?

all these years I just thought there was something wrong with me for not caring about crap other people think is so important. I watch sports some but only for my own enjoyment. not to pal around with others who follow the same teams. Also with material things. I don't buy cars or expensive things to impress others. in fact I hate when people notice and compliment me on things I have.

Find the subject interesting that might be a problem with some...Taking someone with is to much of a distraction. You never enjoy the reason(s) you went there in the first place. Always seems others have a hard time taking care of themselves. Prob the issue with having an issue with being alone in the first place...take care of that and learn to live your own life.. rock on

Same here. Many wise insights and experiences I can deeply relate to. Grew up with mean and narcissistic parents. Have always stood alone in life. Had to do everything myself. This has left a deep impression on me. I think the Sigma personality is something innate, but it can also be something you are shaped into due to circumstances. Perhaps a combination of the two is more plausible. But I went through pain and darkness alone, hence I walk through life alone. The few times I can let something into my private life is someone with a deep soul and reasonably sophisticated disposition. I can't stand ordinary people or anyone who reminds me of my past. I cut ties immediately.

Nature vs nurture perhaps, but as someone who has raises free range avian dinosaurs, I will tell you that sigmas long predate even mammals. If you have a big enough flock you'll have at least one rooster who usually stays on the perimeter doing his own thing, doesn't challenge anybody, and just chills - until the alphas or betas start getting rowdy. then he'll come in, kick everyone's ass, and everyone chills. Very old programming my friends.

As an only child to a single mother it has always been just ,me.

I only upgrade a phone when needed or as I did with the last one wanted the better camera got it second hand in as new condition at half price. Same as with my camera gear fb marketplace saves you thousands. Same with travel luggage and tipping these are all yeah nah. Gifts as well always unique and meaningful.

Sigma male can be manipulative towards toxic people, but they are just doing their own thing. Most or some are attached socialized individuals to extreme attachment. Too much attachment is not good. It stagnates other priorities in life. Life is not all about socializing . But Balance in what we do in Life , most people are attached egos. They crave Validation. Acceptance which destroys individuality and creativity relying on other’s expectations and toxic influences, Not choosing their friends wisely. The Fear of what not being wanted or accepted by Conventional traditional Society standards rules They stand by their own Insecurity egos in which Society instill in them Whether consciously or unconsciously

Time management to me is important because it keeps my mind clear and focused.

I'm doing this right now to a business partner who doesnt understand his place. He got a little full of himself as I was planning to expand the business so I'm just starting another business and leaving him out of it completely and theres nothing he can do about it because its my skills, not his. He's in for a very rude awakening as I leave him swinging in the wind, he's going to have to go find a job as I continue to accel. He's an alpha, he doesn't even understand who I am.
